What Is Pentecost And Why Was This Day Placed By God To Fulfill Joel?

I believe the Day of Pentecost is The Elohim Plan from A to B.  A: The Hebrew Testament all points to B: the day of Pentecost; which is when "Christ in You the Hope of glory" is fulfilled, being built on the rock of revelation.
Likewise the 'New' Testament is always pointing back to the Day of Pentecost.
I call this the Template.
 
And remember, on the day of Pentecost they had no 'New Testament'. They only had what Elohim in 'Jesus' had taught them.  And it worked. It created the Template for Part B of God's Plan.
 
Before the foundation of creation God planned for the day of Pentecost in the year 27AD'ish. Then from that point The Plan would move towards the Kingdom - after the White Throne Judgment. God's main goal was that Kingdom. 
Pentecost was the center point between the Creation of humans, to the Kingdom filled with humans.
Creation ►Pentecost◄ Kingdom.

What is called Pentecost :
"In Judaism the Festival of Weeks (Hebrew: שבועות, romanized: Shavuot) is a harvest festival that is celebrated seven weeks and one day (50 days) after the first day of Passover (the Feast of Unleavened Bread) in Deuteronomy 16:9 or seven weeks and one day after the Sabbath referred to in Leviticus 23:16. The Festival of Weeks is also called the feast of Harvest in Exodus 23:16 and the day of first fruits in Numbers 28:26. In Exodus 34:22 it is called the "firstfruits of the wheat harvest."" Wiki

Easter and Passover do not always coincide. However, they did coincide in Jesus (Joshua) Christ's day.  So 50 days later, or after the resurrection of Jesus, was Pentecost/Shavuot.

[Remember, 'Jesus' real name was Joshua which means God of Salvation/Deliverance. The word 'Jesus' was Greek modified with other different letters that became Jesus. It is important because of Joshua in the Hebrew Testament and the types projected to "Jesus of Nazareth" and who He represented.]

When the day of Pentecost arrived, Peter, who held the "key" spoke to the people in Jerusalem.
And what did the 'rock of personal revelation' say? What was the key? : 
This is the template Sermon ::
Acts 2:38 - "Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost."

Or rephrased :
'Then Revelation, the rock or stone, the Key, said to them, turn away from being unfunctionable, change directions in your thinking, update to God's Plan, and be immersed in all that represents 'Yahweh is salvation, Lord, Anointed in flesh - like David the King - also as a Priest and  also Messiah' for the remission of all unbelief (sin), and you will receive the gift-given, the present, the bounty, the estate, not earned, of Elohim (Holy Ghost or Spirit of Elohim).

The revelation of that day was : 
Here is the identity, the name, the characteristics, of the one who is the FatherCreator, the Father inside a flesh vessel, and the Father that is now in us who are the true New Birthed Believers.  
That 'representation name' is Jesus/Joshua - that is how God is now presenting Himself. 
It is Joshua (Jesus) which means God is Salvation/Deliverance. This is Elohim inside a human for us human mammals to focus upon. To be connected to. A GodMan. The beginning of the creation of God. A new creation.
Immerse yourself in water, in that revelation, and only focus in that direction from now on.

Act 2:16 - But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel;
Act 2:17 - And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:
Act 2:18 - And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy:

Act 2:21 - And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Think about it, the Jews didn't kill Jesus. He just allowed Rome to kill him - but remember, only because he let them.  But after that, it was the Jews killing the ones that were called "Christians".  It was later that they were called Christians, a term which could put them in a box.
