Tis always interesting that when a lot of 'christiandom' talks about the 'fathers' they go back to around 300AD. Wrong fathers. The 'fathers' of 'christianity' are the disciple/apostles that were the eleven of the twelve elected and selected one Yeshua(Jesus) personally chose as He was led by THE FATHER that dwelt in Him.  After the fall of Judas Iscariot, the only disciple of the twelve that was not a Galilean, the other eleven voted in a 'replacement'. There is nothing else ever said about this new 'twelfth' that was voted in. We really do not know much about him. We do know that later JesusGod chose Saul of Tarsus(Paul) but there is no Scripture that places him as the twelfth.  Why is this important? The Wind became flesh,  bones,  and blood.  It died to take away unbelief, not knowing what to believe,  by shedding the blood which proved He was a human,  then resurrected that body to prove He was God,  The Wind,  in It.  Only Israel knew the OneGod, but didn't have a Prophet for 400 years.  God is Spirit. The serpent is an interesting creature that was mentioned in the Garden within Eden. He stood on two legs and talked with wisdom and slyness. He must have been an attractive mammal in stature. The word used to describe him as the most subtil of all the animals can also be interpretted as naked. Naked? Yes, that is one of the meanings. The word in Genesis 3:1 is  עָרוּם.   If you do a generic translation search you will see that it means cunning, crafty, prudent, subtle. But it also is very similar to naked, nude, unclothed. In Bible days,  people immersed themselves. It was the person who was stepping in the water to immerse themselves in order to arise clean. There would be an assistant there to help make sure the hair also got under the water. But the Assistant did not baptize the person. This was a personal moment. Mikvah. This is what was made for people to cleanse themselves.   After Pentecost, every baptism in the book of Acts, was in the name (identity and character) of Lord Jesus Christ.. or, the personal revelation that Elohim had dwelt in the created human named Yeshua. NO ONE believed in three gods, three persons, or trinity versions. No one. Everything was Hebrew. You would never convince a Hebrew, with a OneGod history from Adam to Pentecost, that Yeshua was another person,  or that God Himself was a person.  They knew the OneGod was Spirit, unseeable to humans, unfathomable to humans.
