Communion : Death?

More of me researching :

Mat 26:27 ¶ And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, Drink ye all of it;
Mat 26:28 For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.

Luk 22:19  (beginning of meal) And he took bread, and gave thanks, and brake it, and gave unto them, saying, This is my body which is given for you: this do in remembrance of me.
Then after supper, (end of meal), He did the cup :
Luke 22:20 Likewise also the cup after supper, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood, which is shed for you.

1 Corinthians 11:26 "For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do shew the Lord's death till he come." Hmm.. Why his death and not his resurrection?

Matthew and Luke say :
Drink all wine from the cup. It is my blood of/in the new testament. To show Lord's death.
And it is shed for many for the remission of sins.

Communion is always connected to betrayal.
1Co 11:23 .. same night in which he was betrayed took bread:
Luke 22:21 .. But, behold, the hand of him that betrayeth me is with me on the table.
Mat 26:23 .. He that dippeth his hand with me in the dish, the same shall betray me.

Right after Luke 22:21 the Disciples all get in a fuss who is the greatest. Jesus then tells them what I'm certain Judas did not want to hear. Luke 22:26 "But ye shall not be so: but he that is greatest among you, let him be as the younger; and he that is chief, as he that doth serve."  That just popped their bubble. 



P.S. On a side note about when Judas came to the Jesus in the garden:
I think Peter might have thrust that sword right through Judas if he could have. He might have hit the soldier by accident. If not, the Disciples were still unconverted. Judas was going to be dead meat.
Peter's ear cutting, and Jesus' healing and admonishment of truth, probably saved Judas from being murdered.

Think about it, the Jews didn't kill Jesus. He just allowed Rome to kill him - but remember, only because he let them.  But after that, it was the Jews killing the ones that were called "Christians".  It was later that they were called Christians, a term which could put them in a box. I Never Capitalize satan

The Bible is very clear that God made both good and that which is evil. God Himself is not evil, but he made the scenario - on purpose - that would let 'evil' manifest. "Thus G‑d created a world in which goodness and evil are equal options, and He created humanity with the freedom to choose."
